Membership Application
Filled out at the beginning of each year. Annual membership is required to earn points at each event.

Announcer Card
Announcer cards are turned in at the beginning of every season and will be kept on file for each race year. A new one should be completed as info changes, or at the beginning of a new year.

Only filled out by drivers of licensed classes TE and above. Provide receipt from doctors office and newly completed license form when turned in.
